You have an idea or a rough prototype. I turn it into a validated MVP with its first real users. I build it myself, no handoffs, no decks about the thing instead of the thing.

AI Catalog QA Tool

Catalog onboarding validation was a manual bottleneck slowing every new program down. I spotted it while taking over the department, designed and built an AI-powered QA tool, and shipped it into production.

Accio Match

Prospective MBA candidates needed a way to evaluate their fit for European business schools without booking a call. I scoped, designed, and built an AI-powered profile evaluation tool solo, from problem to shipped product.

Wagmipedia

Identified that people were struggling to understand web3. My part was the execution: I ran the partnerships, coordinated the launch, handled social and every user question, and built the resource repository itself.

AccioAdmit

Bootstrapped an MBA admissions consulting business using Beehiiv and LinkedIn. Built the audience with organic content, designed the offer, and delivered the engagements along with my cofounder, Tanvi. Accio Match, above, was built inside this business.

// who i am

I started shipping before I had a job title for it.

Android apps out of my bedroom. Then an affiliate site as a student that pulled in four figures a month before I'd finished my degree. That habit never left: whether it's inside a company or on my own, I'd rather build the thing than write the deck about the thing.

I've half-joked for years that Madrid needs a dating app for people who'd rather bring their dog than a bouquet. Nobody's built it yet.

Product Clarity Sprint

For founders with an idea or an early product and no clear next step. You leave with a validated problem statement, an MVP scope with an explicit list of what NOT to build first, a first-users plan, and a working v0 built by me. Not just a plan, something real to show.

wk1 diagnosis: founder interviews, problem validation, narrowing the target user

wk2 MVP scope, build approach (no-code, low-code, or custom), first-users plan

wk3 I build the v0 on the highest-leverage flow, we close walking through it together

Investment discussed on the call, priced to be an easy yes.
